PERM position

I had a question regarding this PERM job description.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering (any branch) or foreign equivalent plus 5 years progressive experience in the job offered. Will accept MS in one of the enumerated fields plus 3 years experience in the job offered or any suitable combination of education, training and experience

Does this suffice for EB2 with Bachelors with 5+ years of experience or does it mandate the need for a Master's degree ?

for EB2 determination, as per my knowledge one need to have either BS + 5 years of experience OR JUST MS degree.

If you've MS + some experience then thats fine too.
