sandeepgupta80
Hello, I apologize in advance if this has been asked before. I searched through the forum but couldn't find the exact answer I was looking for. I have 3 yrs BCA and 2 yrs MCA from IGNOU. I understand that the EB-2 requirement is to have US equivalent graduation + 5 yrs of progressive experience. My belief is that since I did BCA and MCA from IGNOU, it should be considered as single source degree and be equivalent to US graduation. Please correct me if I am wrong. I also have more than 8 yrs of progressive experience outside of my current employer. I understand that EB-2 also depends upon the job requirements but looking at my situation, do you think that filing under EB-2 would be a safer bet? Thank you for your time! Regards, Link to comment
BestCons
As of my knowledge and from these forums..Depends on your luck. There are cases which are Approved and Denied..Hire a good lawyer to do all the work.. Link to comment
