My old I94 is valid till Jul 31 2011 and it contain the travel date and new is valid from Aug 1 2011 to Jul 31 2012 and it doesnot contain travel date. My employer has sent both the I94s while filing my application.Which I94 does USCIS take into consideration?Do I have to go to India for stamping? Thanks, Jasmine Link to comment
