maverick_1978
I have this doubt: My employer has just filed my green card. It is in EB1 category (I have L1A). I recieved the I797C for the following: a) I131 b) I485 c) I765 However, I did not recieve the I797C for the I140. I just want to be sure that this is not an error on my company attorney's part. Have other's recieved the I140 reciept notice? also, the fee check has not hit the account - is this typical? I really have my fingers crossed and hoping that everything goes smoothly. Please help. Belle
Petitioner gets the I-140 receipt. If I-140 was filed by the emplployer, the employer will get it. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
@maverick_1978 For EB1, may I know what are the documents you've submitted? I am thinking to switch my EB2 to EB1. Link to comment

Sam - I have no clue - the company lawyer took care of everything - He just asked me to fill a questionnaire in his format. I did fill in some other forms like I 485, I131, etc. nothing on I140 Link to comment
