StampingHelp Posted September 18, 2011 Report Share Posted September 18, 2011 Hi All, I entered USA last year Aug-10 on B1 and then applied for new H1B , got approved and started working here..Now in Sep-11 , I am planning a trip to India.. I am nervous about chances of Stamping.. Can VO ask the reason for COS B1 to H1B & what should be the answer???? Pls share your experiences. Link to comment
mmoonstone Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 Tell the counsular the real reason why you have changed from B1 to H1b. Take all your documents with you. Be prepared to answer unexpected questions. So far I had been to stamping three times. First two time there wasn't any single question. When I went in 2010, there were lot of questions about the company and the type of work. He was asking me the project details and lot of stuff. Link to comment
