I140 - Texas - Regular - Processing Time - Jan 7, 2011

Hello,

USCIS has updated the processing dates on 09/16/2011. It shows that the "I140 - Advanced degree or exceptional ability" processing time frame for Texas service center is January 7, 2011.

My application was filed under EB2 (Advanced degree or exceptional ability) on Dec 16, 2010 and it still shows "Initial Review".

Are there anyone in the same boat, who applied I140 under EB2 in December, 2010 and waiting for approval?

USCIS clearly says "IMPORTANT: If your receipt notice date is earlier then the processing date shown, we suggest you call our USCIS Customer Service Office at 1-800-375-5283 for assistance."
