Need help regarding H1B and H4 processing

Hi

I am in US on H4 status.I want to process my H1B this yr also I must travel to India from Sep to Nov 2011and go for H4 stamping before entering US. So I need help regarding this

1) I apply for H1B now with start date in Dec and travel to India in Sep ,go for H4 stamping and return in Nov. will I face any problem for H4 interview as my H1B is in process

2)I return in Nov and apply for H1B

Any help is appreciated..

You will enter on H4 into US and you will need to apply for new H1

2.You'll file new H1 and you'll be on H1B once approved with I-94.
