Our lawyer just mailed out my 485 documents to USCIS with the priority date of 05/2009 and visa availabity as current. TSC is currently processing 485s for August 11/2010. Does this mean we will have to go behind the line or should we anticipate our green cards sooner if there are no problems? Link to comment
