EB3 EB2-Multiple Filing with same employer

Hello Friends

Had a question, I am working as a Staff Accountant & my petition is being filed in EB3 Category, once the Labor & I-140 is cleared, can i refile for the same position using EB2, based on my Masters Degree & if it gets cleared can use the EB2 priority instead of EB3??
