I got my approval next day, but my spouse's status still showed pending. So I opened SR for my wife. Waiting for response... Anyone in the same boat or suggestions..

I opened SR and got mine approved next day. Be sure to open SR for your dependent together. I received approval for my wife 3-4 days later

Honestly, it takes a LOT more than a day to get I-485 found, evaluated and approved. Your SR had nothing to do with the timing.
