H1B Transfer

I am working with company A(full time) with H1B valid till end of 2027. I have resigned company A and my last day is Oct 18.

I got a consulting job with B and plan to start working on Oct 21. H1B transfer is not yet filed. H1B transfer will get filed in regular processing before Oct 21.

I got a full time offer from company C(Interviewed 6 months ago) today.

I'm not sure if company A will revoke H1B or not.

Can I use the H1B transfer petition in progress from company B to file transfer to company C? 

What will happen if I use the company A's H1B to transfer to company C? If company A revokes H1B will it cause a problem for H1B transfer to company C?

What are the best options available?

A has to revoke your petition after you leave. That is an administrative revocation and does not affect you.

Since you have a 60-day grace period, C can file your H1 petition any time during the grace period and you can join them.

The petition from B has nothing to do with any petition from C. You can turn B down and work with C.

Even if A withdraws the H1B petition, you still have 60 days from the last day of employment to file a transfer, whether to B or C.
