Apply EB2 PERM as future employee by Company C(Glad they are ready to help) . Any risk in that?

2) Can I join Company C after I get my GC from that company… Is it true? To be safe when should I join this company?

2) Can I continue working in company B and let Company C process my future employee GC?

3) Is it possible to port my current EB3 PD to future employee GC also?

there should not be an issue for applying GC as a future employment as long as they can provide all the required documents.

you need to join future employer C once GC is approved, you can join them earlier as well.

you can continue to work for company B until GC is approved (see comment above).

yes, it is possible to retain/port PD with an approved I-140.
