Diyabelieve Posted September 5 Report Share Posted September 5 Hi, My spouse's i-140 was filed with a priority date of 08/23/2019 on H1B visa- EB2 category. I was on H4 visa and assuming I have the same PD. We are now in the process of divorce. I am now on H1B visa. Can I ask my employer to takeover/transfer this i-140 or do they need to start the process from scratch? Quote Link to comment
