H4 validity 14-Oct-2024, Travelling back to USA on 16-Sep-2024 after vacation.

H1 visa validdity 14-Oct-2024, Max out: 14-oct-2024, Perm filling date 20-Sep-2023, attorney will file 7th year extenseion on sep 20-2024 because beneficiary of a PERM labor certification that was filed more than 365 days ago.

Question is : do the immigration office allow them to enter h4 dependents back to USA?

Ask your lawyer to file in Premium Processing so that your spouse can return with the approval. Secondly, ask the lawyer about his suggestions.

They can always return later. At present, they will get an I94 till 14 October and you will need to hurry up and file their H4 extension based on your pending or approved H1 Petition.
