m199016 Posted July 31 Report Share Posted July 31 I am a PhD student on an F1 Visa. I am planning to file the I-140 for NIW-EB2. I have an inquiry regarding the ability to travel outside the US after the filing process. Also, my wife and my daughter are still in Egypt but they already have the F2 visa stamp, would it be possible to bring them after filing this petition? Quote Link to comment
