sp_2011
Hi Today I received an email from NVCAttorney@state.gov stating that I need to pay $794 for each applicant in the immigration petition. I have applied for CP and priority date is 15 APR 2008 (EB2). Is this a genuine email? Shall I go ahead the money. Please suggest. thanks sp_2011 Link to comment
Gjutsn
Call your service center or national center and ask a customer service agent if the email is valid. Link to comment
ram2008
You better take action only when you receive by mail provided they have your updated adress. Anyway confirm it by meeting near by IO. Link to comment
sp_2011
Friends I have paid the fee as specified by NVC. And status is now reflecting as "PAID". What the next steps? Do I need to prepare for the Packet-3 or Does the NVC is going to send me packet-3 to complete? sp_2011 Link to comment
sp_2011
I have paid the fees approx. a month ago. Since then I have not received any response or email from NVC on next steps for Packet 3. Any idea how long it takes for NVC to notify about Packet 3 ? Link to comment
