KalaK11 Posted July 17 Report Share Posted July 17 Hi team, I hope you are doing well! I was laid off from Company A and managed to find a new employer, Company B, within the 60-day grace period. Company B filed for my H1B transfer under premium processing within this timeframe. Is it acceptable if my start date is approximately two weeks outside the grace period? Could this cause any issues with future renewals or extensions? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
