Uddaraju
Hi, If I file for my H1B visa while working at a university (cap-exempt), and they process my I-140, will the wait time for my green card be reduced because it is filed through a university? Additionally, if the university files for an EB2 visa, will the wait time be reduced? I am Indian. Also, if I file for a concurrent H1B, how many hours can I legally work at my second job? If I decide to quit my second job, can I return to my original H1B (cap-exempt) status? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
