Sai Reddy
Hello I have my H1B approved but I got layoff with my client before H1 got Approved. Now am supporting employer and my employer said he recieved a email from uscis officer in the name of Client Verification. He did not gave me the full email what he got when I asked him. He sent below attached image. My question is will we get this kind of email to employers from USCIS officer on Client Verification Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
These are USCIS emails, for which candidates are randomly selected and an email is sent OR a client site visit is made. You happened to be one such selected candidate. Your employer is associated with an attorney and he should be able to handle it. Good Luck. Edited July 22 by Zodiac System Quote Link to comment
Attorney_20
Yes these types of emails confirming the client project exists are normal from Department of State. If you are not working based on the terms and conditions of the approved H1B petition, you are out of status. You and your employer may want to talk to an immigration attorney before responding to the email. Quote Link to comment
