rashdash89 Posted June 16 Report Share Posted June 16 Hi. I was falsely accused of 3 counts of domestic violence. 1 felony assault and 2 DV misdemeanors in the state of Michigan. The prosecutor is willing to offer a plea deal to lower charges to 3 counts of disorderly conduct. Will this be considered as multiple convictions and cause concerns with admissibility/ H1B visa stamping? Please advise. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
