I am currently an H-4 dependent without an EAD. My husband is on an H-1B visa, and his PERM process is expected to start at the end of this year. I am considering pursuing a master’s degree and I am evaluating whether to change my visa status to F-1 or remain on H-4. My ultimate goal is to secure a job after completing my studies.
