H1 layoff - Options left Posted June 11 Report Share Posted June 11 I need immigration advice for my critical situation. Recently I lost the job due to layoffs in Tech sector and my last pay period ending with my employer is on June 4th, Is it safe to assume my 60 day grace period start from June5th? And I have submitted my resume for job postings but no response from Job agencies due to market conditions, My I 140 was approved under EB2 and my priority date was Oct 2014. what are the options left for me to stay here continuously ?
