I'm on H1b visa. Future employer filed I-140 for me and it's pending with USCIS for approval. Can I travel India and enter USA ?

I'm on H1b visa and working for my current employer. Future employer filed I-140 for me and it's pending with USCIS for approval. 

 

Me and my spouse both traveling to India. While coming back to USA, does pending future employer I-140 with USCIS will create any problem to me and my spouse at port of entry ?

My spouse is on H4 visa.

Please help us.
