mefromindia Posted May 27 Report Share Posted May 27 My H4 EAD expired on 5/15/2024. I have a valid visa until 9/25/2025 and my I-94 expires 10/05/2025. I am currently doing my residency. Am i eligible to apply for EAD extension (since my EAD expired 2 weeks ago)? Can I continue to work until i get EAD? What forms and documents do i need to apply? Thank you Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted May 28 Report Share Posted May 28 It would seem you should have applied for the extension before it expired as you would have an automatic 6-month extension. You need to talk to your lawyer and also the Hospital. You may need to stop work till you get a new EAD. Quote Link to comment
