H1B transfer approved with future employer but revoked

I am currently working with employer X and in the month of February 2024 I started marketing my profile with the new employer Y and he found me a position and then filed a H1B transfer and before the transfer got approved the position got cancelled. I got an email from employer Y today that he revoked my visa on 03/29/24 . I haven't informed anything to my current employer X to revoke my visa when I got a confirmation initially . 

Now that employer Y revoked my Visa , will it affect my status with employer X in case he didn't revoke my visa since I haven't informed or asked him to revoke , do I need to do the re-transfer with my current employer again ? I am not sure if I am out of status

You are a "current employee" of employer X.  Employer X has not revoked your H1b work authorization.  So you are good.  No worries.
