anew1 Posted May 1 Report Share Posted May 1 Hello, Am in USA and I have old H1B stamped visa on passport till March2026 from employer A. My new H1B transfer petition was approved in Nov23 till oct2026 by employer B and am working here at present. So since I have approved petition and old visa stamped on passport, now i want to visit India and dont have stamping appointment dates so am i allowed to visit INDIA & enter USA with same old stamped visa from employer A and approved petition of Employer B ? Will it be any issue at Port of Entry (POE) ? I have I-94 on new employer approved petition. If allowed to travel USA, i want to know in case any imp documents needs to keep handy to show/present at Port of entry. Quote Link to comment
