Hi,

I am on H4 visa and my H1B petition is approved recently but my Approval Notice (I797) is not yet received. There is an SR raised to USCIS but there is no reply for a month and another SR is raised recently, not sure how long it is going to take to receive approval notice.

My spouse who is on H1B is going for an extension in 3 months. Should I-539 be filed for me or not required ?
