Porting EB2 to EB1 - Having International managerial experience

I worked from 2021 to 2023 in a managerial position in India with a multi-national company. Before, I was in the USA from 2007 to 2019 and held I-140 on EB2. I came back in Apr 2023 to the US with a consulting firm and working as a senior developer. 

Is there any possibility of porting my EB2 to EB1? Please advise.
