Hi I am on L1A and my I140 is approved since Feb 2023. In case i have to change the employer since i meet the 180 day rule, will I be able to port my L1A and I-140 to my new employer? Will my new employer has to file these docs with USIC.

How long is the average process to port your L1A and I-140. will this also port my L2 for wife and kids. Do i need to file this change with USIC or will it be done by the employer only.

An I-140 is never ported. The new employer would have to start the process from scratch. You can keep the PD, though.
