Me & my spouse are on valid H1B & H4 status respectively until Dec 2025. Can my spouse stay in US while I am traveling to India for a month due family medical emergency?

Me & my spouse are on valid  H1B & H4 status respectively until Dec 2025. Also our VISA’s are stamped and valid until Dec2025. Can my spouse stay in US since she has valid stamped H4 VISA while I will need to travel to India max for a month due family medical emergency?
