Swathi-Gade Posted April 5 Report Share Posted April 5 I have my H4- visa valid till december 2024 and , my h4-ead expires this month Apr-24 and I applied for my h4-EAD renewal and EAD renewal application is pending with USCIS.. I am planning to travel Apr 16 th this month. 1.I am trying to understand,will there be any impact on my existing H4-ead renewal document with USICS? 2.And currently I am eligible for h4-ead automatic extension and can still work even though my ead application is pending with USICS.
