Renukadevi Posted April 5 Report Share Posted April 5 Am on L2 visa working as a full time employee and its validity expires by Feb 2026 as my husbands L1 visa also expires by Feb 2026. We can go for visa extension but with current scenario we are bit skeptical about it. This year I have applied for H1B through other private consultancy and it got selected in the lottery. So should I resign my full time job and join the consultancy and search for a job or should I ask my current company to take me as a contractor. Not sure how to proceed further.
