Actually, i signed job offer letter for one year, however, the salary they paid is too low. My question is that if i quit the job after 6 months, will company revoke my greencard (i had greencard and SSN)? Or if i'm not revoked my greencard, will it affect to my citizenship application? If you have answer, could you please add the link of your information from USCIS or any link with .gov to prove? I think most people would have the same question with me. Thanks Quote Link to comment
JoeF Posted April 5 Report Share Posted April 5 (edited) Hmm, your post is not very clear. EB2 is a path to a Green card, once you have the GC how you got there is pretty much irrelevant. It is not clear if you actually have a GC, then EB2 or EB3 are irrelevant, or if you are still in the process of getting a GC. If you have a GC the company can not do anything to it.
