jon12 Posted April 3 Report Share Posted April 3 Hi, Recently i sold beer to underaged girl(basically its a sting operation set by county). So they gave yellow citation paper to attend court. So attended court and pleaded guilty and court given diversion program to attended bar class, so i attended bar class and submitted course completion certificate in the court. And court dismised my case. in the dismissal paper they wrote "Nolle Prosequi" which mean no prosecution happened court dismissed my case. So my question 1)iam going india next month , is there any problem immigration problem at port of entry when i come back did they check my background. Thanks, Jon. Quote Link to comment
