Refiling of PERM required when company gets acquired?

Working on H1b, my current company ABC. Inc has filed my PERM in Sep-2023 and was recently acquired by XYZ. Inc. Post acquisition they relabeled ABC. Inc as ABC. LLC and also a subsidiary of  XYZ. Inc. Would my GC need to be initiated from scratch because of this acquisition and relabeling?

Also, does my H1b needs to be amended because of this acquisition and relabeling?
