OPT eligibility if I want to do my second Masters

I’ve done my first Masters in non-STEM field in the US. I want to do a second Masters in a STEM field in the US. Am I eligible to get a 3 year OPT (24-month period of STEM OPT extension) after completion of my second Masters?

·       If I completely use my 12-month OPT after my first Masters, can I still use 24-month period of STEM OPT extension after my second Masters

·       If I don’t use any of my 12-month OPT after my first Masters, can I still use 12-month OPT and 24-month period of STEM OPT extension after my second Masters

·       If I use few months out of my 12-month OPT after my first Masters, can I still use remaining months out of my 12-month OPT and 24-month period of STEM OPT extension after my second Masters
