RPVV Posted March 31 Report Share Posted March 31 Hello, I am on first year of H1B visa. I am planning to apply for EB2 through my employer and EB2 NIW myself. I am trying to understand what’s the benefit of getting I140 approved via NIW if I get laid off vs I140 approved by my employer? Is it worth to spend extra money on NIW application or should I just stick with EB2 application using my employer? Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
