HI,

My Greencard priority date is Aug 2013, my I-140 approved in Sep 2015.

I went to my home country in Oct 2016 ( after 1 year of approval).
I would like to come back to US and continue with H1b and planning to apply 485 when its current.

Can any one let me know challenges of getting 485 approval?
