I am currently set to leave for India on April 12th and my dropbox appointment is scheduled for April 21st. I have given notice to employer A and my H1B is filed under PP with employer B and I have just received an RFE (not sure what it is yet). My current H1B stamp is expired but my I-797A with my current employer A is valid until 05/14/2026. Can you please help me understand the following: 1. With my case still pending with employer B will I be able to travel to India? 2. In case I travel to India and the case gets approved while I’m in India, can I proceed with my currently scheduled dropbox appointment and currently filled out DS-160 or will I have to fill a new DS-160 and have consular processing done?
