Ram3 Posted March 24 Report Share Posted March 24 Hello, current H1B visa stamp expires in July 2024. H1B extension is approved for period July 2024 and beyond. Looking to travel from the U.S. to India in April 2024. Would they allow visa stamping (Dropbox) in April for the July-and-beyond period, i.e., 3 months prior to current stamp expiry? Or, does appointment date have to be only after current stamp expires? If it's not the case, after the extension stamping will current visa still be valid to travel back from India to the U.S. in April? Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
