After completing my first masters, I applied and utilized 12 months of initial OPT period and haven't applied for STEM OPT. After completion of my current second masters degree, will I be eligible to apply STEM OPT since I have not used it after my 1st masters? Your inputs are highly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
