Rithvik123 Posted March 15 Report Share Posted March 15 Hi, My application is picked up in lottery and approved in 2020, but I never appeared for Visa interview due to family related issues. Petitioner validity dates are from oct 2020 to sept 3rd 2023. My question is, can I reuse the above h1 petition and appear for interview or do I need to go through the H1 lottery and approval process again?
