Vengatesh
My spouse was working on H4 EAD and visa validity was till 2026. I got laid off and got a new opportunity with another employer where they are doing H1B transfer. New employer was saying ,we don't need to file H4 for this scenario as spouse previous visa was valid till 2026 ,so spouse can use your new H1B approval notice while spouse going for visa stamping or legal cases as H4 can't be revoked. My question as previous H4 was tied to previous H1B which got revoked in USCIS ,will new employer needs to file H4 petition or we can wait till 2026 and then company can file her extension at the time period as new visa will be valid till 2027..
