L1B Visa status for 3.5 Years then moved to F1 Status (2 years for MS Study) and then change to h1b status . Why got h1b only for 1.5 Years ? is it deducted L1B duration 3.5 years from 6 Years h1b Visa duration ?

Hello , I was in L1B Visa  in USA for 3.5 Years and then I moved to F1 Status (2 years)  for study MS and now I got h1b approval through Employer and my status is now changed from F1 to h1b & got h1b approval only for 1.5 Years. 

 

 Why got h1b only for 1.5 Years ? is it deducted L1B duration 3.5 years from 6 Years h1b Visa duration ?
