Deepthikp Posted March 10 Report Share Posted March 10 I have my h1b extension coming up and my client letter was signed on Jan 26, 2024. Letter says that my work is expected for another 3 years. But my extension filing will happen only during May 1st week as I have an unplanned exit from US now due to personal reasons. Will it be an issue for h1b extension if the client letter is dated more than 3 months back? It would be difficult for me to request for another client letter, hence the question.
