J0007 Posted March 8 Report Share Posted March 8 Hello, I Entered US with visa valid till Jan 2025. But since my passport was expiring on April 2024, my I-94 was issued till 2024. Now, after entering US, I was relocated by my employer to a different state, so we applied for emendation. That got approved, but my new I797 was only valid till April 2024. So my employer filed for an extension and in between, I got my passport renewed. Now, my new I797 is approved and I have to travel to canada to meet a friend. Can I travel with my old visa which is still valid on my old passport and new I797-A? Quote Link to comment
