subhashndv
My perm is pending which was filed on March 02 2023. I have filed for 7th year extension few days ago as I'm maxing out 6 years, uscis approved it for 3year rather than a year (not sure if attorney requested by mistake, atleast LCA reflects 3 years). I'm also expecting my perm approval shortly as currently feb 2023 approvals are going on and very soon march 2023 would be starting. Is this normal or does it have to be corrected to 1year? If its a mistake from attorney, does an amendment is required to correct it or new petition? If I get I-140 approved very soon, then either way can continue working as I have the authorization to work beyond 7th year and no action is required? I know incase mistake is from uscis then service request would correct it. Please suggest. Quote Link to comment
