vendy9999 Posted March 8 Report Share Posted March 8 hello we are a company with 10yrs track record /good financials/into IT sofware and with some few active MSAs work for the years to come. mostly 1099/some W2 that we had so far. planning to file few h1b lottery this year. is it ok to use home address as business address in the lottery registration as we conduct mostly of the client work remotely incl my current contractors in various states. we also plan to move to a business private office address this summer. pls advise if above will invalidate the lottery registration in any form Quote Link to comment
