Rens Posted March 8 Report Share Posted March 8 Hello & G'day, My green card processing is currently underway in EB-1 category and my I140 is approved. I am currently holding H1B visa. My priority date is Apr'23, hence further processing of 485 is waiting for the date to be current. Due to some unforeseen events, I may need to switch jobs and would like to enquire if my new employer can continue with my application if the job profile/role matches. My EB1 is processed under the International Executive/Manager category which requires managerial experience overseas and within the US, and I was eligible in my current role and firm.
