struggling_immigrant Posted March 7 Report Share Posted March 7 Hello My current H4 EAD expires on 04/30/2024. I have I-94 till 10/10/2024. I have not yet filed for H4 EAD Extension. When my husband's H1+ my H4+ my H4EAD extension is filed on 04/10/2024 (6 months before H1 expiry) under premium processing. I have following two questions. Would new approved EAD be valid from start date of 05/01/2024 - 10/10/2027 ? Or the start date of the extended H1B 10/10/2024 - 10/10/2027 ? If its the later case, what happens to my work authorization from 05/01/2024 to 10/10/2024 ? Quote Link to comment
